E - brojevi

Aditivi, poznati i kao E-brojevi, sastojci su koji se koriste kako bi se promenili tekstura, ukus, boja, trajnost ili neko drugo svojstvo proizvoda.

Njihova upotreba je najraširenija u proizvodnji prehrambenih namirnica, ali se u velikoj meri koriste i u kozmetičkoj, farmaceutskoj i tekstilnoj industriji.

Svaki aditiv mora biti uveden u registar i označen vlastitim E-brojem.

Osim za klasificiranje, E-broj služi i kao potvrda toksikološke evaluacije (ocene rizika po zdravlje).

Većina savremenih aditiva su umetno dobiveni hemijska jedinjenja koji predstavljaju veliku opasnost po zdravlje.
Nepoznat je njihov tačan broj jer se on svakodnevno menja – neki se aditivi dodaju u registar, a drugi se nakon godina korištenja povlače i zabranjuju.
Prema procenama postoji približno 3.000 jedinjenja koji se danas koriste kao aditivi.



Hemikalije koje se koriste kao aditivi toksične su i nakupljaju se u organizmu što dovodi do pojave raznih bolesti i stanja.

Neki od aditiva svojim delovanjem mogu izazvati migrene, vrtoglavice, umor, a neki čak i teške bolesti poput dijabetesa, multiple skleroze i karcinoma.

Neki E-sastojci su potpuno prirodni i sigurni za konzumaciju.

Najpoznatiji od njih je kurkumin čiji je broj E100.

Prema mišljenju nutricionista i drugih stručnjaka za korištenje su sigurni: pektin, lecitin, vitamini, minerali, limunska kiselina, mliječna kiselina, alginati, prirodne arome, prirodne boje, kazein, laktoza, prirodni vanilin.

Tri žurkice elektonske muzike za tako kratko vreme! Pre ove žurkice (Eelke Kleijn 7, maja), bila je još jedna u klubu Spray. Evo poslušajte kratak intervju i najavu za ovaj party.  OVDE Ljudi koji su bili kažu da je bilo dobro ali ne i odlično. A te iste večeri ja sam bila u klubu underGRAND, gde je „vrteo”  Vegim , ljudi se više skoncentrisali na đusku nego što su slušali trakice. What is buckwheat? / Sta je heljda?!

Sta je heljda?! Heljda je vrlo izbalansirana namirnica. Izuzetno je bogata proteinskim materijama. Sadrži vitamine B, E i P, minerale (kalcijum, gvožđe, fosfor, magnezijum, bakar) i esencijalne aminokiseline (lizin i triptofan). Heljda jača organizam i povećava telesnu toplinu, zbog čega je pogodna za zimsku sezonu. Iako se misli da je heljda žitarica, to nije tačno. U kulinarstvu heljda se smatra žitaricom zbog svoje hranjivosti,  botanički pripada kategoriji zeljastog povrća, a ponekad se ubraja i u voćke. Semenke heljde su po veličini slične semenkama pšenice, ali poseduju jedinstvenu trokutastu formu. Cvetovi heljde su vrlo aromatični, zbog čega privlače pčele koje ih koriste da bi napravile poseban med, koji ima tamnu boju, snažan miris i posebna lekovita svojstva. Heljda često služi kao zamena za pirinač ili se priprema kao kaša. Takođe se koristi brašno od heljde koje može imati tamniju ili svetliju boju. Heljda ne sadrži gluten, zbog čega je pogodna z
