Vrste sauna

Finska sauna
Tradicionalna vlažna i suva sauna. Vlaga se dobija polivanjem vode po vrućem kamenju. Visoka temperatura (90-100ºC) izaziva znojenje.

Infracrvena sauna
Infracrveno zračenje u sauni emitira blagotvornu energiju koja prodire u celo telo. Niže je temperature (50-60ºC) pa je povoljna i za osobe s kardiovaskularnim problemima.

Rimska sauna
Mokra, blaga, ugodna i mirisna (moguće korištenje eteričnih ulja) sauna podeća na drevne rimske kupke. Namenjena svima kojima odgovaraju niže temperature (40-42ºC). Otklanja mišićnu napetost i stres.


Parna sauna
Nižih je temperatura (45-50ºC), ali visokog procenta vlažnosti. Para opušta iznutra pa pomaže u očuvanju zdravlja i održati lepotu. Blagotvorno deluje na kožu, disajne organe i pročišćavanje tela.

Biljna sauna
Kombinacija iznimno ugodne topline, vlage i prirodne pare biljaka koje se nalaze iznad vrućeg kamenja na koje povremeno iscuri voda. Nežno deluje na celi organizam. Blage je temperature (50-60ºC) te pogodna za sve.

Types of sauna

Finnish sauna

Infrared radiation in the sauna emits a beneficial energy that penetrates the whole body. Lower temperatures (50-60ºC) are also beneficial for people with cardiovascular problems.

Roman sauna
Wet, mild, pleasant and fragrant (possible use of essential oils) sauna settings on ancient Roman baths. Designed for anyone with lower temperatures (40-42ºC). Removes muscle tension and stress.


Steam sauna
Lower temperatures (45-50ºC), but high humidity. The steam relaxes from inside and helps preserve health and maintain beauty. It is beneficial for the skin, respiratory organs and body purification.

Herbal sauna
A combination of extremely pleasant heat, moisture and natural vapor of plants that are above the hot rocks on which water is occasionally watered. Gently acts on the whole body. Mild temperatures (50-60ºC) and suitable for all.

Tri žurkice elektonske muzike za tako kratko vreme! Pre ove žurkice (Eelke Kleijn 7, maja), bila je još jedna u klubu Spray. Evo poslušajte kratak intervju i najavu za ovaj party.  OVDE Ljudi koji su bili kažu da je bilo dobro ali ne i odlično. A te iste večeri ja sam bila u klubu underGRAND, gde je „vrteo”  Vegim , ljudi se više skoncentrisali na đusku nego što su slušali trakice. What is buckwheat? / Sta je heljda?!

Sta je heljda?! Heljda je vrlo izbalansirana namirnica. Izuzetno je bogata proteinskim materijama. Sadrži vitamine B, E i P, minerale (kalcijum, gvožđe, fosfor, magnezijum, bakar) i esencijalne aminokiseline (lizin i triptofan). Heljda jača organizam i povećava telesnu toplinu, zbog čega je pogodna za zimsku sezonu. Iako se misli da je heljda žitarica, to nije tačno. U kulinarstvu heljda se smatra žitaricom zbog svoje hranjivosti,  botanički pripada kategoriji zeljastog povrća, a ponekad se ubraja i u voćke. Semenke heljde su po veličini slične semenkama pšenice, ali poseduju jedinstvenu trokutastu formu. Cvetovi heljde su vrlo aromatični, zbog čega privlače pčele koje ih koriste da bi napravile poseban med, koji ima tamnu boju, snažan miris i posebna lekovita svojstva.
