Fenomenal pasta za zube / Fenomenal toothpaste

Pošto je većina vas pitala koju pastu za zube korisitm, evo i odgovora. Uglavnom sam fokusirana na prirodne paste, zato što posle klabinga i celonoćnog žvakanja i mučenja vilice, treba što slabija pasta kako ne bih oštetila osetljivu usnu duplju.

Sada možete naći i skroz prirodnu pastu za zube i najobičnijim marketima po Kosovu.

Ja koristim prirodnu pastu koju sam sama napravila,

ponekad perem zube i usnu duplju samo zeolitom i

koristim "Fenomenal ecological" pastu za zube sa zelenom trakom na dnu ambalaže :)

Since most of you have asked me which toothpaste I will use, here's the answer. Im focused on natural toothpaste because after clubing and chewing jaw all weekend, I need a soft paste for my very sensitive oral cavity :D

You can now find a natural toothpaste and the most common markets in Kosovo.

I use natural paste I made myself,

sometimes I wash my teeth and my mouth with zeolite only and

I use "Fenomenal ecological" toothpaste with green strip at the bottom of the package :)

You can buy this paste in The Spice Garden Prishtina and also have recently appeared on the Green Treg market wide Kosovo.

Zeolite is Magic!

I was given a container of zeolite by a dear friend of mine from Tatjana in 2014. Since then, I'm never without it. Zeolite is absolutely magical! It heals every wound so quickly; it healed the herpes that I had on my lip almost every month; and it cured fungi that I had on my toes. What is buckwheat? / Sta je heljda?!

Sta je heljda?! Heljda je vrlo izbalansirana namirnica. Izuzetno je bogata proteinskim materijama. Sadrži vitamine B, E i P, minerale (kalcijum, gvožđe, fosfor, magnezijum, bakar) i esencijalne aminokiseline (lizin i triptofan). Heljda jača organizam i povećava telesnu toplinu, zbog čega je pogodna za zimsku sezonu. Iako se misli da je heljda žitarica, to nije tačno. U kulinarstvu heljda se smatra žitaricom zbog svoje hranjivosti, botanički pripada kategoriji zeljastog povrća, a ponekad se ubraja i u voćke. Semenke heljde su po veličini slične semenkama pšenice, ali poseduju jedinstvenu trokutastu formu. Cvetovi heljde su vrlo aromatični, zbog čega privlače pčele koje ih koriste da bi napravile poseban med, koji ima tamnu boju, snažan miris i posebna lekovita svojstva.
