Zeleni napitak za jačanje imuniteta / Green smoothie for strengthening immunity

Zeleno povrće je puno vitamina, minerala, vlakana, hlorofila i aminokiselina, koji su osnovni sastavni delovi proteina, a to je sve što nam je potrebno za zdravlje.

Ovaj zeleni napitak (green smoothie) je idelan za after party ili nakon vikenda i ludog klabiranja.

Sastojci:- 300 ml vode
- 8 - 10 lista spanaca
- 1 limun
Sve sastojke stavi u blender i mesaj od 1 - 3 minute.
Components:
- 2 banane (ja volim zamrznute banane, jer imaju bolji ukus)

Sok pijes odmah, malim gutljajima.

Ova količina soka je dovoljna za 1 obrok za jednu osobu.

Svakog jutra do sledece vikenda ;) 


Moj izbor za zeleni techno smoothie je  Objected - Redcode.

Green smoothie is ideal for after party or after a long weekend and crazy clubbing.
  Ingredients 
- 2 bananas (I like frozen bananas because they have a better taste)
- 300 ml of water
- 8 - 10 blades of spinaq
- 1 lemon

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix for 1-3 minutes.

This amount of juice is enough for 1 meal for one person.

Every morning until next weekend ;) 
While drinking green smoothie, my choice is Objected with Redcode.

Tri žurkice elektonske muzike za tako kratko vreme! Pre ove žurkice (Eelke Kleijn 7, maja), bila je još jedna u klubu Spray. What is buckwheat? / Sta je heljda?!

Sta je heljda?! Heljda je vrlo izbalansirana namirnica. Izuzetno je bogata proteinskim materijama. Sadrži vitamine B, E i P, minerale (kalcijum, gvožđe, fosfor, magnezijum, bakar) i esencijalne aminokiseline (lizin i triptofan). Heljda jača organizam i povećava telesnu toplinu, zbog čega je pogodna za zimsku sezonu. Iako se misli da je heljda žitarica, to nije tačno. U kulinarstvu heljda se smatra žitaricom zbog svoje hranjivosti,  botanički pripada kategoriji zeljastog povrća, a ponekad se ubraja i u voćke. Semenke heljde su po veličini slične semenkama pšenice, ali poseduju jedinstvenu trokutastu formu. Cvetovi heljde su vrlo aromatični, zbog čega privlače pčele koje ih koriste da bi napravile poseban med, koji ima tamnu boju, snažan miris i posebna lekovita svojstva.
